EHSs are defined by a list found in 40 CFR 355 Appendices A and B. The list of HSs is found in 40 CFR 302.4. The CFR is available from the Government Printing Office (GPO). The phone number for the GPO in Washington, DC is (202) 783-3238. Regional GPO offices should be able to process requests for the CFR.
