Steps 3-9

	Notification Requirements
		Step 14   Immediately notify the National Response Center (NRC) as required in 40 CFR 302.6. (As appropriate, concurrently implement internal reporting requirements and/or state requirements.)
				Go to the Exempt Releases Information Page
		Step 15 Could incident potentially result in off-site exposure to released HS?	No	Step 15A This concludes the Emergency Release Notification requirements for this release, provided it does not have the potential for migrating off-site.
		Yes   Step 16		Return to EPCRA Index or Begin Module 4
		Notify any State Emergency Response Commission (SERC), or Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) with jurisdiction over the area affected. (As appropriate, concurrently implement internal reporting requirements and/or state requirements.)
		Step 17   Make necessary follow-up notification to the LEPC(s) and SERC.
		Module 4:  Community Right-to-Know
		This is the end of Module 3: Emergency Release.   At this point you should have completed all Federal reporting requirements for HS and EHS releases under EPCRA.
