Yes	Step 7   Is the released substance listed in 40 CFR 302.4 as a CERCLA HS?	No	Step 4   Is the released substance listed in 40 CFR 355 Appendices A or B as an EHS?	Yes	Step 5   Does the quantity released exceed an RQ or 1 pound if no RQ has been assigned?	Yes
	No				No
	Step 8   Does the quantity released exceed an RQ?	No	Step 9   No Federal reporting requirements. However, internal DOE and/or state requirements may apply.	Yes	Step 6   Is the released substance listed in 40 CFR 302.4 as a CERCLA HS?
