Begin an Optional Aggregation Worksheet B for each product listed on the Optional Comprehensive Inventory Worksheets unless that product is either exempt from Section 311 and 312, or is present over the entire facility is such small quantities that it has never been present in a quantity equal to or greater than 10,000 pounds or the current EPA threshold for HCs.
