Periodic Reporting Requirements | ||||||
The following steps describe an annual reporting requirement due by March 1 of each year. In order to meet the March 1 reporting deadline, Steps 1 through 19 and Steps 24 through 27 of Module 4 will need too be repeated each year before March 1, using the information on the chemicals present during the previous calendar year. |

Step 27 Follow the instruction for the Tier II form. The instruction are found in 40 CFR 370.41. |

Submit Tier I or Tier II forms to each SERC(s), LEPC(s), and the local fire departments with jurisdiction over the facility. The forms must cover any EHS, products/mixtures, or HCs present at or above the thresholds at the facility during the previous calendar year. These are the chemicals identified in Steps 11 and 20A. | ||||||
